Lovely pattern, and really a lot of fun. I tried several hooks with the Curio and settled on my #2 steel Boye. I must have had this one a while - it is stamped USA 10€. I haven’t seen anything for sale for 10 cents in a long while. The curio has a really nice sheen, pretty colors, good stitch definition.

July 14 Color chart drawn - Using 1 each of Lichens, Navy, Silver, Comfrey, Ice Lily. On the color chart, the vane row color segments need to all be even numbers.

Center circle:
Rows 1-4 Navy
Row 5 Silver
Rows 6-8 Comfrey
Row 9 Ice Lily
Rows 10-12 Lichens

7/15/13 finished the center circle. On to the vanes. :)

Rows 9-10 Comfrey
Rows 11-16 Silver
Rows 17-18 Lichens
Rows 19-26 Navy
Rows 27-30 Comfrey
Rows 31-40 Lichens

7/20/13 starting vane 2. Oh my, do I have the ends to weave in!
7/23/13. Finished the vanes. Tomorrow start weaving in ends.
7/24/13. Ends and ends and ends are woven in. It’s wet blocking now.
