I used red heart super saver througout in various colors. I ripped the packaging off so I don’t remember specific color names. I have a request to do this exact doll with the pictured colors already. I’ll be making another with “red” hair (really orange, but for a redhead) and a 4th for my other daughter.
This does take a bit of time. I got lazy and worked it over a period of a couple weeks, but it most definitely can be completed within a week. Requires a lot of stuffing if you want everything firm. I didn’t stuff the neck enough so it’s a little floppy.

Changes I would make:
Crochet flat eyes for next dolls, easier and allows for a better view of the cute features (IMO).
Change the shoes. I didn’t like the way mine worked up, I’m sure it’s just “user error” but something a little more straightforward will be better for me. I will still make straps for the shoes though.
