Great knit, great pattern; will be making again. No mods this time; would only make one change in future (see below). The finishing on this may seem fussy, but it is what gives the FO such a polished look. I would strongly encourage using the snap tape instead of buttonholes: The snaps make the ascot lie more smoothly with a more tailored look and far less pulling out of shape than buttons. Sewing the eyelet row is also far neater and sharper looking than knitting a picot row IMO.

Next time use smaller needle on CO/BO and first adjacent rows to combat flaring.

Used embroidery beading thread for sewing; worked very well.

First time using Lang Yak; yummy yarn. Soft, light, great yardage, no knots or weak spots.
