Decided I needed to knit some luck into my life with these socks and seven is my lucky number! Seven matching shades, seven row stripes, what more could you want?

Knitting with fingering held double for extra warmth and a wider top cuff and extra length. 64 stitches to start with then will reduce to 56 by the heel/foot. Good to use a mixture of stash yarns too - I have so many odds and ends!

Love how these have turned out. Toasty warm! They’re also the perfect width for my ankles which tend to swell with any mention of tight sock cuffs - and will fit comfortably over leggings or tights this winter. Happy me
