My second pair of Poet socks, I loved the first pair so much I gifted them to a dear friend!

28/6 Knitting on serious hold as we have a new puppy in the house !! but I managed a little this morning with the little creature snuggled asleep on my lap. Great discomfort as I was sat at quite an awkward angle but the delight of having a sleeping puppy and knitting time outweighed it all!

12/7 just approaching the heel of my second sock - slow going but I do love knitting this lace pattern - its so beautiful

13 Jan 2021. Revisiting this after its been sat neglected in a box for months. Part of my “finish what you start” 2021 theme. This certainly knits up faster than a 600+ stitch shawl!!
