Gauge is unblocked. I can’t believe how fast this is working up! It’s easy, just interesting enough not to be boring, and I’m anxious to get to the stripes, so I’m working, working, working! I can also grade while knitting on it and my students wrote a report during a whole class period (while I knitted), so much knitting is happening, too.

I’m 14 inches from the final stripes. Not gonna get it done by the end of term, but I’ll get it done by the end of the week! It’s unexpectedly beautiful, wholly expectedly soft, and still quite a bit of fun, even 50 inches in. :D
