I was upset by the fact that I’d made it onto a transatlantic flight without any of my WIPs. I lamented this fact on Facebook, and a friend said, “You can start a whole new project in England! It can be the tabula rasa of knitting projects!”

This project was perfect. I had the yarn, I bought the needles in a wool shop in England, and I got to work. It was quick, easy, and very fun to do. And now, every time I look at them, I get to think of England… in a good way. ;)
