It’s official, I’m smitten by a stitch pattern. This version is a wide shallow triangular piece that I think I’ll want to wear draped around my shoulders with a vest/shrug option.

Yet another attempt to get the swatch to come out right (starting in one corner) and to see if I want to commit to beads (and if so, where). Need to swatch yet again to develop a dreamy built in edging.

Progress: Half of a ball of Lotus (50g/128yd) used so far. Wide shallow triangle is about 28” wide, 9” from top to center point. One full ball might be enough. Still need to create beaded picots at center point.

This project is helping me get through the initial shock of an empty nest!

Finishing up pattern now. Only 256 yds! (One 100g ball.)
A 2-ball size would come out 64” wide instead of 46”, and 17.5” deep at center point instead of 12.5”.
