Second 1898 Hat, by request from my SIL who loved the one I made her mister.

Making larger circumference:
•Added 1 extra A/B 2row repeat at cast on and graft ends (20 rows)
•Added 6 extra A/B 2 row repeats to front of headband 2 decrease repeatsows)
•Kitchener graft, RIGHT sides facing
•p/u 92sts, dec 2 (1 behind ea earflap), 90 remain
