Love this stitch pattern. Quick to work up, good texture on both sides, looks great in solids and in variegated yarns.

Added seed stitch borders. Seed stitch has a different gauge than the Rank and File stitch, so increases and decreases worked out to keep the borders flat.

I find the 7” square size perfect for washing dishes.
