Mods: Instead of ending with another garter band, continued the lace mesh and did a beaded picot bind off.

Beaded Picot Bind-Off
* Cast on 2 sts using knitted cast-on. K2tog tbl, place bead on next stitch before knitting it, K1. Pass first stitch over beaded stitch. Bind off two sts. Pass stitch on right needle back to left needle . Repeat from to * until there are no sts remaining.
