Both balls of yarn were gifts - the Ashford Tekapo was a Secret Santa prezzie and the other was in a sack of miscellaneous yarns from my neighbour.

This is meant to be a close fit hat for aran weight yarn. I’d hoped that with the heavier yarn I used the hat would end up bigger and fit my partner, who normally has trouble finding hats to fit his large noggin.

However it turned out too small so I’ve added it to my own draw of winter hats.
