I had no idea how this would turn out, since I couldn’t find any previous examples of the project in the Ravelry database and the photos on the website indicated nothing, but it was only $4.50 so I figured what the hey. It turned out to be a very quick and fun knit. I don’t know why I don’t do more cables as I always enjoy them very much.

The yarn is a gorgeous velvety bluefaced Leicester I picked up at MD Sheep and Wool a few years ago. I wish I could remember the spinner--I think it was out of Lancaster County PA. It reminded me of Baskin Robbins bubble gum ice cream.
