4/10 - omitted the folded collar.

4/15 - had originally planned to do all stripes in the purple… but i’ve decided to make the stripes alternating purple and some other colors from my stash.

4/26 - finished 2 MC rounds after last bobble round and am ready to divide the sleeves and body. I’m using 9” circulars for the sleeves - I think DPNs would be way too fiddly with the bobbles!!!

6/25 - this project is taking so much longer than I expected! It’s such a simply designed sweater, but the bobble rounds are tough going because of how finicky they are. Realized today that I had used the wrong sized needle for the second sleeve and had to rip back about 3 inches!! Ugh!

I tried this on when I finished the first sleeve and the fit is great! I am definitely looking forward to wearing this in the fall/winter!

7/12 - FINALLY finished all knitting and weaving in ends. Blocking now. This project took so much longer than I anticipated - I found the bobble rows (the second row specifically) to be so finicky and didn’t really have much success trying to adjust my gauge to make them less difficult until the sleeves (def recommend trying to make the bobble sts as loose as possible on row 1!!).

Can’t wait for it to dry so I can try it on and try to get better pictures!

I think I bought 8 skeins of BT Arbor (8 x 145 yds = 1160 yds purchased) and ultimately used about 6.5 skeins or ~950 yds.
