Pattern calls for size 6 needles. I am using size 5 because all my size 6 needles are being used for other projects.

Cast on 41 stitches instead of 29 stitches. I want a wider scarf so I added an additional repeat of the pattern.

Yarn was purchased from organic farm vendor who raises llamas. Yarn was sent to local mill and combined with mohair and alpaca from other area farms. I loved the color and texture of this yarn. I am making a hat, gloves, and scarf.
