Mods: Adjusted for sport weight. Knit from bottom up and made slightly longer and larger per my friend’s taste. Used 2 colors for purl ribs: Macaw MC, Citrine, Green Apple for ribs. Was trying to get a blend from light to dark with the dark green background. Worked out ok.

Jogless stripes are difficult with cotton--every little thing shows. Not entirely successful attempt to disguise the scar, but better than my first try at this pattern, here.

Inspired by use of these three colors in a dress. I would never have put these three vibrant shades together unless I’d seen that. I was alternately thrilled then horrified with the saturated colors as it progressed. I would not wear colors this bright, but the friend I made it for loved it and wouldn’t hear of me overdyeing to tone down.

Second picture is closest to actual color--they are somewhere in between that picture and the picture that inspired me. Really bright!
