Mod: used twisted stitches on ribbed band and added a few rows. High twist yarn looks great on this pattern--it really highlights the shaping.

This is my 5th with this pattern, all gifts. This is a great hat. Attractive and easy to knit.

Molly asked for blue, and she got it!
