Almost seamless, use kitchener stitch for the final bind off.

Length 10 cm.

Adjust size by using thicker/thinner yarn and needles. I think it is also possible to add stitches for longer or wider booties. The design can be changed by skipping the laces, and adding holes to the cuff instead.
