The picture of this doily is showed in the 8/1955 issue of Erika Handarbeiten. Due to a print error the chart appeared only in the 9/1955 issue of the same magazine.
I think this is a Niebling, even if it is not directly attributed in the magazine. Nevertheless very similar violets are included in a nice collar (“Arabis”) attributed to Niebling in a previous issue of Erika Handarbeiten (3/1954).

May 25th - Started (with 8 stitches instead of 4).
First 30 rows are complete.
I found 2 errors in the chart.

May 26th - Switched from dpns to circular needles (40 cm). Row 31 to 36 - no more errors found.

June 17th - Center part (knitted in the round) is ready. Working one side (back and forth). Some more errors found in the chart.

June 28th - One side is ready. Working the other side (back and forth).

July 13th - Both sides are ready! Yesterday evening I picked up the stitches and I’m working the edge in the round. I’ll post a picture when it is ready.

July 19th - FINISHED!!! I finished it yesterday evening. It’s blocking now…
