Witches of Madoka Magica Series: the Witch of Wǔdàn.

“The witch of wǔdàn. Her nature is abandonment. A witch who eternally wanders with hollow footsteps within the fog. She can no longer remember what the horse that always accompanies her was.”

Used Manos del Uruguay Lace that has been overdyed twice using cherry and a little grape Kool-Aid. It may not be deep enough to my liking, but I might be just too apathetic to overdye it a third time.

Worked on this on and off. It just felt kind of tedious. Maybe I’m not cut out for long stretches of garter stitch. I need some purls in my life.

7/06/2015 - shawl lost forever when the cleaning crew for the building I work in threw away most of my stuff. Restarted shortly thereafter on a new version with yarn that started its life with me already the color I want.
