I had wanted this yarn set since I first laid eyes upon it; its colors reminded me of a sunset we watched in Sorrento on our honeymoon.

True to the pattern name, this is pretty much only getting worked on during vacations.

• every garter row: kfb 1st st & slip last st purlwise.
• added a “center stitch” seated between the decreases.
• garter edging knit flat using wrap & turn method.
• mistakenly switched needles to US6, rolling with it.
