Counted the Belle Époque setup rounds as rounds 1 and 2 of the pattern as they’re identical.
Counting one of the vs coming from the last k yo k as #1, the next pattern repeat starts with k yo k into the 6th v. Then I don’t have to keep track of rows
It’s basically 11 plain rounds and 5 patterned if you just use 2 colours.
The orange yarn is much softer, so I’d like to wear that to the inside, so I’ll do a few rows at the end in purple so it doesn’t look inside out
And that little chuff up when I decided I knew better and twisted the yarns? That’ll be hidden in the folds
It’s a very tight fit over the head, be lovely and snug on the neck
Kept messing up that last dec of the round It was long enough, so I gave up and cast off. It fits really neatly with the top folded over, hiding the mistakes
