Notes

Getting 6sts/“. Head measures 22” so -2” means I need 20x6=120sts for ribbing.
Currently have 8x24=192
192-120=72/8=9, so 9 dec rounds, 18 rows. Down to 15sts between markers.
After working approx. 2” after incs, 1 round used 14.9-14g, so almost 1g-eeek!
Folded in half, my brown cashmere hat measures 7.5” from top centre to ribbing.
I’ve worked 17 rows of art yarn, approx. 2”, so the decs will be another 2”. It currently measures 6”, so will be about 8 after the decs, plenty big enough, I’m going for it….
Did the plain row after decing down to 17, so 4 rows short :/
More spinning tomorrow…
…knitted straight off the bobbin, not washed or nuffink-rebel!
Changed to smaller needles and twisted rib till green ran out then picot bind off in purple-took forever!
