Because Silken is finer than Lion & Lamb I decided to add a few more repeats across the wrap. Got nearly half way and decided it wasn’t going to be long enough, frogged it nearly back to the beginning and probably took out too many repeats, it’s kind of longer and narrower than I wanted.

Glad I decided to use two skeins at once, think the joins would have showed really clearly otherwise. Great fun pulling out the ladders at the end. Somebody said you’re not ‘supposed’ to block a Clapotis, nonsense! Mine looked so much better afterwards.

It’s gorgeous, the colours and lustre of this yarn are beautiful (I think the close-up shows it better). And I think my mum really likes it!
