This guy came out much larger than I imagined it would. It could definitely eat en entire D&D party. I finished just in time too, the DH has a game tonight and wanted to take it with him.

I made the inside of the mouth with some black acrylic in a sphere shape and also gave it a pink tongue. I stitched the back of the mouth to the back of the head in the hope that it wouldn’t try to regurgitate its own mouth. I think it would have worked better with foam instead of loose stuffing.

The eyes are google eyes, of course, and there are pipe cleaners in the eyestalks. I stopped following the pattern after the mouth so don’t hold the pattern responsible for my eyestalks, I winged them as I went since I was going to glue the googly eyes in.
