The booklet the pattern is in has a 1967 copyright, some of the patterns are so outlandish and crazy.

My grandmother recently passed away and my mom gave me the mitten project she was working on. I have no idea what kind of yarn she was using, and since she had only gotten as far as the cuff, don’t know which mitten project she was working on. So I picked the one with cables on it, since I’ve been wanting to learn how to do that.
