I forgot how much I liked this yarn, and I really like how these slippers came out. This was a very easy and quick pattern to make. They seem really small though, because they seem to fit my daughter’s size 4 feet rather well. :/

A note about the pattern, when you slip stitch the last row, make sure you do it very loosely. If you do it too tight the heel won’t have room to stretch and you can’t tell which end is the toe and which is the heel, because they both look like toe ends.

I’m not a huge fan of how the loop that goes over the button looks, I think when I make this again I’ll just do a chain there instead. I might also make fewer decreases on the heel to make it less bubble shaped. I wish I had the kid that I was making these for on hand so I could see how big her feet are and how the original design works on the right size foot.
