This is an inspired blanket. I have not purchased the Babette pattern to follow. I started off on the klimt blanket tutorial online (just google klimt blanket) and there will be a PDF to download. I started using that pattern on the first row and from there on, I started adding different counts and once I finish this will be mostly all my own (except the arrangement of the first few squares on the first row) I am making it as I go and the arrangement as well. I am using 22 colors and just king of winging it and letting it tell me what it should be. It will be a fun project.

Edit: All done! This was a fun project. The final size with the border measures 73x88 inches.
