Started 17 August 2013, hope to give it as a surprise Christmas/New Year’s gift to my friend Simonne, who loves Elvis Presley. If I do not finish it in time, it will be next year’s birthday present :-).

10 October 2013: face is finished. The blanket is now about 70x80 cm big and still needs a border.

December 2013: finished! I tried a few different borders, with hearts and stars and … and …, but didn’t like them. So I decided to do simple stripes in the grey and black yarn used for the face, together with stripes of white/silver glitter yarn.

Hope my friend will like it!
