A souvenir blanket of our four week trip in the summer of 2014…
I bought the yarn while travelling in Georgia and Turkey this summer. We flew to Tbilisi (Georgia) and then returned home to Brussels by bus and train. I bought the first balls of yarn and the crochet hook in Tbilisi and added more colours while in Kürkçü Han in Istanbul about 10 days later.
The needles to weave in the ends were bought in Zagreb.
I finished the blanket during a Christmas trip to Madrid and dealt with the last ends back at home in Brussels.

The blanket consists of twelve 100 g balls of different colours of Alize Cashmira, plus an extra ball of the dark green for the border and I just crocheted till I ran out of yarn. Unfortunately I lost the bands of the balls while travelling, so cannot give exact details about the colour ways.
