2010-02-12 Almost done. Time to post more pictures. My favorite description so far (not on Ravelry): “This is your brain on yarn.”

2010-02-04 Up to 41 squares now. I’m thinking of calling it the Medusa Hat since it looks like nothing so much as a bunch of coiled snakes! Of course, it will look different when it’s blocked and worn. The ribs tend to flatten out then.

2010-02-02 Up to the 15th square out of… what? probably 120? I’m really pleased with the way the crown came out, much smoother than the previous ones.

2010-10-29 Why did I think it was 2008? Jeez. I bought 2 skeins of Cascade 220 in light green to do this with. I started with the same yarn I used in the swatch, but I think I’ll like knitting the 220 better.

2008-10-28 I’ve done the first six squares of this. I hope I have enough yarn.
