Hilarious attempt to knit a tote. Had a color concept and an idea of dimensions desired, BUT NO IDEA HOW TO CONSTRUCT.

The bottom sagged, the strap was too stretchy, it had no lining. I experimented with using plastic needlepoint canvas to stitch a frame, no good.

Then tried sewable plastic; good! I used that and Pelon to make an interior frame that’s sewn into the lining.

Cut off the dorky strap and knit an i-cord replacement that ties into a section of looped strap. Lots to learn before I do this again. But I do like the reverse colorblock :-)
