Yarn is listed as worsted but seems more like a DK weight or light worsted. Finished knitting. (Note to self, take careful attention to the pick up stitches on the short sides, as not to create a hole. Better to pick up more stitches and decrease them on the next row than have a hole.) Making more of these and will be purchasing more kiss frames before felting. After reading many posts, it is recommended to sew the purse to the frame when the purse is still damp. Knitted up fast but it sat for awhile until I bought kiss frame.
Making for Christmas gift. Taylor’s favorite color is orange and she loves Paris.
Added Eiffel Tower charm and used Toho size 6 seed beads in transparent peach 1952-130. This felted so well, I don’t need to line the purse. Purchased kiss frame at local craft store.
UPDATE: Looks like the coin purse was a hit!!!!
