Plain mittens with a snug lined cuff.

Cast on 50 sts with provisional cast on and 2.5mm needles. 4ply for lining, eyelet row for hem, changed to MC.
After cuff, change to 3mm needles. No shaping.
24 rounds to thumb - after thought thumb over 8 sts.
39 rounds to start of top shaping.
4 sts decreased each round to 10 sts. Kitchener to complete.
Thumb - picked up a total of 20 sts. 24 rounds, then decrease down to 5 sts and fasten off.
