Trying the size 36 so that the fronts really wrap since recent cardigans knitted at my size have -ahem- fallen short.

Added about 3” in length and am happy I did. Made single crochet belt loops - also a good decision.

The shoulder shaping as written just seems wrong - it instructs you to shape on both sides of each shoulder in the back, but only on one side in the front - I figured it was an error and did the short-row shoulder shaping as I would for any other sweater.

The sweater is a bit big and lumpy in parts, but it completely closes over my front the way I had intended so I call it a victory.
