I will have to make one for myself, but this is a special hug for one of my favorite coworkers of 15 years. Someone who is always smiling and working hard, with whom I have shared stories and photos of our kids growing up through elementary to college of prom dates and graduations. So when she lost her oldest at 21 last Fall, I felt helpless to comfort her of such a grief and loss and yet I have a bit of understanding from my own experiences. Seeing her resolve has actually made me stronger--I will tell her that.
