There were some sad events and knitting this stopped a while.

Made chart for lace edge (really, those Dutch abbrevations without a chart are not knittable :-)
Knitting lace edge now is a piece of cake.

pattern of 8 rows = 2,5 cm.
30 cm = 12 x 8 = 96.

10 November 2013
Started the pointed left front. Quite a puzzle and multitasking in increasing/decreasing. No brainless knitting but a nice result. Halfway half (till arm holes) left front!

29 November 2013
Finished left front! Yes. Yes. Yes.
18 December 2013 - Finished right front! Started first sleeve.
Finished first sleeve: 25th December 2013 - yes, this is Christmas :-) and did it in one week!
And: started second sleeve.

27th December 2013: finished second sleeve!!!!! In 3 days, it is a miracle.

28th December: blocked back.

29th December: lengthened the lace for the neck. Blocked everything. Why does it not dry faster? Made two little cords for the sleeves.

By the way: there must be a mistake in the pattern of the sleeve. Dutch pattern - last page:
Volgende toer: 27 (29:31:33:35:37) steken recht, OV, 1R, 2SAM, 27 (29:31:33:35:37) steken recht.
If you do exactly as is written, you have 2 stitches too much in the second part.
Probably something went wrong in the translation.

Sewing… sleeves are so difficult. I did not dare. But then: knitting day with Froukje on 20/02/2014 and she made it so easy. Finished one sleeve. Next week the rest.

01-03-2014: did the last sleeve. Went faster. Was easier. Finished. But a little bit too small (it fits my model better, that is a bad sign :-(
