I just used yarn that was laying around the house, most of which was purchased years ago.

This is based on the heart insignia that Chuck Keith wears on his helmets and puts on his mechs in Gundam 0083: Stardust Memories.

I felt like making a wrist warmer, and it occurred to me that making one based on Chuck Keith’s heart insignia would be easy considering that I found a simple tutorial on double-stitching and the heart design is simple. I did a simple pink wrist warmer as a base, and used orange and yellow for the top stitches. I used the smaller heart in the pattern for this (the larger heart is untested at the time of this project).

Sayelle sucks ass. This thing got groady looking fast. I actually have a Keith costume now, so I wouldn’t mind wearing this with it if it looked like it did when I first made it. Other projects that I use much more often stayed nicer looking longer than this did.
