Would like the finished version to be 51” around instead of 64”. Will cast-on 322st.

Using 2 colour random stripe generator on Biscuits and Jam for stripes. For the “Jackfrost” stripe only using 1/2 of the stripe called for as I have 2x as much of the Gauge yarn. Very little of either yarn left at the end of the project.

Bottom ribbing:
Picked-up the provisional cast-on & k1p1 for 3 rows. Tried a normal cast-off & JSSBO. Both were rolling so going back to the drawing board for the bottom edge.

After trying a million different options, settled on 2x2 ribbing. Really glad I started this project with a provisional cast-on, my first attempt at doing this for a sweater. The provisional cast-on allowed me to play around with the bottom edge a bit after the rest of the sweater was finished.

Colours:
Started with the brown edge of the Gaugedye, alternated with the TFA using he stripe generator as above, then started the 2nd Gauge skein from the aqua side to match he aqua end which was just completed. Amazing colour match with the aqua part of the Gaugedye and the TFA.

Provisional cast-on picked & 2x2 ribbing done from brown of 2nd Gaugedye skein. Arms made from grey side of 2nd Gaugedye skein. Lots of reskeining but well worth the planning.
