I loved making this! Even though you need to concentrate on what you are doing, the shawl knits up very quickly.

I used two strands held together on 5 mm needles, but I could have dropped down to 4 mm. I thought that the yarn would bloom more than it did. I even tried to agitate it to get a more dense fabric. The yarn grew very much after the bath and blocking, but I’m happy about that because the drape is fantastic!!!

The shawl only weighs 154 grams. So, 1235.08 metres divided by two (2 strands held together) gives 617.54 metres. The shawl measures from tip to tip 175 cm and from the top middle down 62 cm.
