Super cool construction!! Using Dibadu Seda de Campo in red and silver for this.

Needles:
flat knitting with 3mm
knitting in the round with 3,25mm
corrugated ribbing with 2,5mm

To achieve both a narrow neck opening and a good amount of positive ease I start with size M1 for parts 1,2,3 and increase to M2/L size within part 4 (10x incr row)
Notice: Designer has some tips for a narrower neck here.

Gauge notices while knitting:
Requested: 22 st x 30 r
my front part before bath: 45 x 12 cm
(22 st x 33 r . 10x10 cm)
my front part after bath: 47 x 12,5 cm
(20 st x 32 r . 10x10 cm)
Body: 260 st

upper body: 7 red stripes (flat 5, raglan 2)
lower body: 10 red stripes

200gr used up after 12 red body stripes (approx 2/3 of the body = 50% of yardage)

Corrugated ribbing, as a tribute to the beautiful sweater Visser:
knit 1 row in c1
10r corr rib k2/c1, p2/c2
Knit 1 row in c1
2-st-icord in c1

40gr left of c1 for arms, 60gr of c2.

Arm: knit 8r first, next decr after 6r, then every 4th row, 10 red stripes in total, nice 3/4 length. Simple BO in c1.

Additional crochet row at the neck.

Used every cm of c1.
