My name is Marianela and you can find me on Ravelry as a knitter and as a designer under the name Marianelagalo. I live in Southern Spain and I love to knit since I find it to be both creative and relaxing.
I began my life in the public eye by opening a YouTube channel called “Knit es Tejer”. It’s in Spanish and I share everything I knit as well as things I find interesting and do some research on, like materials and techniques. In addition, you can find there tutorials on the different elements I include in my designs. I’ve also created a “knit es Tejer” group on Ravelry where I organize KALs and other activities.
I’ve begun this creative endeavor full of excitement and with the hope that my projects will be liked and enjoyed. I’ve taken inspiration from towns and cities that are meaningful to me and I have named my designs after them. I always aim to make them original and different and to follow my own simple and practical style.
