Made in just a few hours.
Worked 50 stitches for extra length for a folded brim.
Started with fhdc, vs chain.
Worked 53 r.
Patt: beg ch 2 = hdc.
Elected to ch2 and hdc in 1st st, ea row.
Sl st seam, virtually invisible vs sewn seam as written.

Made this hat while in recovery mode.
Had to restart a sweater, 10” in on the front.
Oh, well. It’ll be okay. I made a mistake on the cast on count, of all things…
I’ll restart it and do it right tomorrow.
