Very much enjoy this designer’s projects.
They are challenging yet enjoyable and net lovely results.

Thankful that Ms. Claire’s designs are worked flat. If otherwise, I’d not be able to make them. No dpns or magic loop for me.

Errata, I think:
I don’t believe the directions state when to stitch the forelegs seams. One can do that once the forelegs are knitted up.

Conquer the Short Row:
For fine shaping, the kitten designs use short rows thru out. They are nothing to be concerned about. In garments, I’ve always used Japanese short rows, but one needs locking markers for those, which is impractical for these designs.
The designer uses wrap and turn short rows, which are explained in her pattern. One becomes adept at them straight away. The pattern doesn’t explain how to close up the wrap, but there’s online videos for that, if needed.
